Book Review & Giveaway: Once in a Blue Moon

***Contest is now closed. Congratulations to our winner, Greis!**

I love, love, love to read, but between work and school and blogging and my kids and life in general, I don’t always have a lot of time to do so. When the One2One Network asked me to review a book, though, I thought it would be a great excuse to make the time to read. And I’m glad I did!

“Once in a Blue Moon” by Eileen Goudge is a compelling story of two sisters who are reunited after a lifetime of separation. It’s a story of family ties and love and resilience. It is a light, easy read (which is perfect after a long day!). I really enjoyed the story, and I bet you will too.

I don’t want to say too much more because I hate, hate, hate when I find out all about a book before I read it – in fact I don’t even read the back of the book because I don’t want to know! I basically look at the Amazon review rating, and if it’s a good one I give the book a try. This book gets 4.5 stars on Amazon, a rating I completely agree with.

So before I ramble on and tell you the entire story in a much less eloquent way, let’s get on with the giveaway!

You can enter up to six times to win a copy of this book:

I am a crazy reader–I love books! I am currently reading “The Girl Who Kicked the Hornets’ Nest” by Stieg Larsson. It’s the third book in a series (The Girl with the Dragon Tatto and The Girl who Played with Fire). These books are awesome!! The third one doesn’t come out in the US until June, so I ordered it on ebay and had a copy shipped from the UK. I am a huge dork, but I could not wait!!
